Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Experience Required: Experienced candidates preferred
Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive retail sales of auto parts by identifying and engaging with customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and recent customers to ensure repeat business.
- Assist customers in selecting the right automobile spare parts based on their requirements.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company.
- Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide after-sales support.
- Ensure proper stock management and availability of fast-moving auto parts.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and supply chain team to ensure timely delivery of products.




- Prepare sales reports and provide updates to management.
- Promote new products and offers to increase revenue.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field (B.Tech, MBA, B.Com, M.Com).
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the automobile parts industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Good understanding of automotive components and spare parts.
- Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools.
- Passion for the automotive industry and customer service.

Compensation & Benefits:

- Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month (depending on experience).
