Job Summary: The Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) for the D2C Channel (Unsecured Business Loan) will focus on open market sales, targeting potential customers for unsecured business loans. This role requires a minimum experience of 0 to 6 months in secured/unsecured loans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct open market sales to identify and approach potential customers.
- Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
- Achieve sales targets for unsecured business loans.
- Provide accurate information and guidance on loan products.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements during the sales process.
Qualifications:
- Any Graduate or Undergraduate.
- Minimum experience of 0 to 6 months in secured/unsecured loans.
- Minimum age: 32 years.
Compensation:
- Maximum CTC: ₹3.21 LPA
