Your work profile

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with 5–8 years of hands-on experience in the BFSI domain, particularly in KYC and customer due‑diligence process optimization. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem‑solving skills,



along with the ability to translate business needs into actionable solutions. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, operational teams, and product owners to improve KYC processes, enhance operational efficiency, and support regulatory compliance.

Key skills required
- Conduct As-Is and To-Be process mapping to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation within KYC workflows.
- Gather, analyse, and document functional and non-functional requirements aligned with business and regulatory needs.
- Partner with technology teams to support solution design, impact assessment, testing, and UAT activities.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal governance frameworks across all KYC process enhancements.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, facilitate requirement discussions, and maintain clear communication across business and technology teams.
