Wellness Extract is a Canadian premium health-supplements brand sold across Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Australia — and now launching our international range in India. We don't make ordinary products, and we don't hire ordinary people. Every formulation we ship is built on reliable research, manufactured in Health Canada GMP-certified facilities, and tested to a standard most of the industry doesn't bother with.

What you'll own
Ingredient Research & Formulation — Research ingredients from clinical literature, monographs, and global conferences. Design formulations for specific health conditions and wellness outcomes. Decide delivery form, dose, blend ratios, excipients, color, and shelf life.
Manufacturing & Documentation — Write product specifications, formulation sheets, manufacturing instructions, and QC checkpoints. Own packaging, bottling,



and the full product documentation set.
Compliance & Labeling — Lead regulatory compliance across Health Canada (NHP), US FDA (DSHEA), FSSAI, and AYUSH. Own supplement facts panels, ingredient declarations, claims substantiation, and warning content.
Cross-Functional Support — Provide product documentation for marketing (Amazon, Shopify, Meta Ads), logistics, customer service, and finance. Be the technical point of contact for every product-related question across the company.

What we're looking for
Pharm / M.Pharm / Food Technology / Nutrition / Biochemistry / Biotechnology
5–8+ years in nutraceutical, supplement, or functional food product development
Hands-on formulation experience with softgels, capsules, tablets, or powders
Working knowledge of at least one regulatory framework: Health Canada NHP, US FDA DSHEA, FSSAI, or AYUSH
Strong documentation and technical writing
Confident, daily use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) for deep research
Willingness and ability to work permanent night shift (7:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST)
Genuine curiosity — the kind that doesn't switch off at the end of a shift

Bonus
Ayurveda knowledge or interest in traditional formulations
Export and international labeling experience
Background in probiotics, antioxidants, or condition-specific wellness
