? Key Responsibilities

? Drive and grow motor insurance sales to achieve and exceed business targets.

? Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with key dealers, agents, and channel partners.

? Lead and mentor junior team members to improve overall team performance.





? Identify new business opportunities and expand the motor insurance portfolio.

? Oversee renewals, endorsements, and ensure high client retention rates.

? Provide end-to-end support to clients on motor insurance products and claims.

? Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and share insights with senior management.

? Ensure strict compliance with IRDAI regulations and company guidelines.

✅ Candidate Profile

✔ Minimum 7 – 10 years of experience in Motor Insurance Sales is mandatory.

✔ Solid knowledge of motor insurance products, underwriting, and claims process.

✔ Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets consistently.

✔ Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

✔ Well-established network with dealers, brokers, and channel partners in Odisha.

✔ Ability to mentor junior team members and drive collective performance.

✔ Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
