Within our Strategic Design & Consulting (SDC) practice, we help global organizations transform their Engineering and Manufacturing operations through business process modernization, operating model transformation, and technology enablement.
n We are looking for an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Leader to lead large-scale PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) transformation programs across Engineering and Manufacturing organizations. The role requires driving end-to-end change management strategies that accelerate adoption, improve business readiness, and ensure successful realization of transformation goals.
n This is a client-facing consulting leadership role that involves partnering with senior business and technology stakeholders to deliver sustainable organizational change across complex enterprise environments.
n Roles & Responsibilities:
n Transformation Leadership
n n Lead Organizational Change Management (OCM) workstreams for large-scale PLM transformation programs.
n Develop change strategies aligned with business objectives, transformation roadmaps, and value realization goals.
n Partner with executive sponsors and business leaders to define success metrics and transformation outcomes.
n Guide organizations through process, culture, and operating model changes.
n n Change Strategy & Execution
n n Design and execute enterprise-wide change management frameworks and governance models.
n Conduct stakeholder assessments, change impact analyses,



and readiness evaluations.
n Drive communication plans, leadership engagement initiatives, and change adoption programs.
n Develop and implement training, learning, and capability-building strategies.
n Manage business transition and deployment readiness activities across multiple program phases.
n n Stakeholder Engagement & Adoption
n n Build strong relationships with C-level executives, business functions, and IT teams.
n Create compelling change narratives and executive communications.
n Establish change champion networks to support transformation adoption.
n Drive employee engagement and behavioral change initiatives.
n n Program Integration & Governance
n n Collaborate with PMO/TMO teams to integrate change management into overall program delivery.
n Ensure alignment between business, technology, and transformation workstreams.
n Track adoption KPIs and change effectiveness metrics.
n Identify risks, resistance points, and mitigation strategies to improve transformation outcomes.

n Mandatory Skills & Experience
n n 12+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management, Transformation Consulting, or Business Transformation.




n Proven experience leading OCM initiatives for PLM transformation programs.
n Solid knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) platforms such as:
