Job Title: Legal Officer

Key Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents

Ensure the company complies with statutory and regulatory requirements

Provide legal advice to management and other departments

Represent the company in legal proceedings and liaise with external legal advisors

Manage legal risks and suggest proactive solutions

Monitor and interpret legal and regulatory changes that may impact the business

Handle litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution

Assist in corporate secretarial work and documentation

Maintain proper legal records and filing systems

Conduct legal research and prepare case notes and reports

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LLB/LLM)

Proven experience as a legal officer, legal advisor, or similar role

Solid understanding of corporate, civil, and contract law

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
