Key Responsibilities:
- Call and follow up with registered users and leads.
- Explain TrueNikaah membership plans, features, and benefits.
- Convert free users into paid members.
- Understand user requirements and guide them toward suitable membership options.
- Assist in onboarding.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the matrimony industry.
- Experience in telecalling,



customer handling, and lead conversion.
- Must be comfortable working from home.
- Should have a laptop/mobile phone and stable internet connection.
- Must be target-oriented, disciplined, and good at follow-ups.
- Knowledge of Muslim matrimonial culture will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate:
- Prior experience in matrimony platforms.
- Candidates who understand family-based marriage discussions and sensitive customer handling.
