n We are looking for a highly driven Social Media Manager & Content Strategist who can take ownership of client brands, create growth-focused strategies, manage content execution, and deliver measurable results.
n Key Responsibilities
n n Develop and execute social media and content strategies aligned with client goals.
n Create content calendars, campaign plans, and brand messaging frameworks.
n Manage multiple client accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
n Plan content, write captions, scripts, and creative briefs.
n Coordinate with designers, videographers, editors, and account managers for content execution.
n Monitor trends, competitor activities, and platform updates.
n Analyze content performance and prepare monthly reports with actionable insights.
n Attend client meetings, present strategies, and manage client communications.




n Contribute ideas for agency growth, campaigns, and lead generation initiatives.

n n Meta Business Suite & Ads Manager
n LinkedIn & YouTube Analytics
n Google Analytics (GA4)
n Canva (Advanced)
n Adobe Creative Suite / CapCut
n ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity & AI-powered marketing
n Notion, ClickUp, Trello, Asana, Google Workspace
n Basic understanding of SEO, paid ads, and marketing automation
n n Skills & Competencies
n n Strong content strategy and storytelling skills
n Excellent communication and presentation abilities
n Understanding of branding, digital marketing, and consumer behavior
n Strong analytical and reporting skills
n Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
n High ownership, accountability, and problem-solving mindset
n Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment
n n Preferred Experience
n n 2–5+ years in Social Media Management, Content Strategy, or Digital Marketing
n Agency experience preferred
n Experience managing multiple brands and campaigns
