As we continue to scale, we're seeking a Senior Product Designer to champion our Writer CoPilot tool, a cutting-edge AI platform featured in Tech crunch. CoPilot empowers writers with advanced features like narrative transformation, beat analysis, and real-time writing suggestions, enabling faster and more engaging story creation. n Responsibilities:
n n Lead Design Innovation: Own and manage design projects for the Writer CoPilot tool, delivering impactful solutions that elevate the writing experience and drive business outcomes.
n Drive Product Vision: Collaborate with cross-functional leads to align design efforts with business strategy and oversee complex, autonomous projects.
n Mentor & Inspire: Guide and inspire designers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team and broader community.
n Strategic Leadership: Shape team roadmaps, define recent feature assignments, and coordinating campaigns for new product launches.
n Decision Making:



Independently make decisions that maximise customer value, and lead cross-team discussions to consensus.
n Design Authority: Act as a recognised design leader, frequently consulted by product and engineering teams for guidance on direction.
