Job Description:
Location :- Hinjewadi
Provide support, training and assistance to the customer service team
Subject Matter Expert in KG process
Maintain positive relationship with wider customer service team: UK, Warehouse and senior management.
Display Good Product Knowledge - Keeps up to date with our product, campaigns, new styles and promotions
