Job Title: Technical Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure software development best practices, coding standards, and agile methodologies are followed.

Conduct code reviews, risk assessments, and quality assurance checks.

Provide technical mentorship and career development to team members.

Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of all IT systems and applications.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies.





Qualifications:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role.

Proven experience managing cross-functional technical teams.

Robust understanding of software architecture, cloud computing, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
