Job Description
1. Receive, register, and validate customer claims and deductions
2. Ensure correct classification, reason coding, and documentation of claims
3. Process claims booking and credit note issuance in SAP
4. Collaborate with Sales, Market, and Customer teams on invalid or disputed claims
5. Support budget vs actual analysis for claims and deductions
6. Perform customer account reconciliation related to claims
7. Comply with SLAs, audit requirements, and internal controls

Should possess excellent communication skills Complete Quality checks as defined and agreed with Client Contracts Client Management- Manage the ITC portfolio and maintain strong customer relation Respond to customer emails related to
