Job Description:

We are having an opening for the position of Jr. Sales Admin with one of our very reputed clients in the FMCG Industry in Current Delhi location.

Job responsibilities:
- Prepare and send DSR (Daily Sales Report) along with MIS reports to the concern person.
- Cash counting, checking, matching with the cash report, and submission in bank.
- Preparing payment advice, Visi Cooler report, a Vehicle inspection report, etc.
- Indent of center, ACB (Available Cash Balance) report, stock report, cash report, fuel data, material consumption.
- Prepare Sales and cash uploads, Target vs. achievement, home delivery activities, center expenses, result of visit, customer call detail, YL salary input.
- Prepare Yakult Lady (YL) appreciation and criteria, YL document report, and Sr. Yakult Lady data.
- Coordinate with Yakult Ladies for specific requirement, promotional material uniforms, etc.
- Fixed assets record &; update periodically.




- To prepare, maintain &; update all daily, weekly &; monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports related to the center.
- To manage the sales cash and petty cash expenses of the given center.
- Customer care handling.
- Maintaining the stationary.
- Getting an order over the phone.

Age: 23 to 30 Years

Candidate profile:
- The candidate must have good communication skills.
- Candidates must have basic knowledge of MS Excel (formulas like sum, Average, Subtotal, VLOOKUP,
- HLOOKUP, IF, ELSE and COUNT, etc.), MS Word and MS Power Point.
- The candidate should have email writing skills.
- Female candidate with good communication skills, pleasing personality, comfortable to work in teams, polite, punctual, and sincere towards work.
