Min. 4-6 years of .experience in any Polymer manufacturing company

Job Responsibilities

• Operate and manage Extrusion machines and other related ancillary equipment during the shift hours.
• To ensure production output meets daily and monthly scheduled with zero defects.
• Set, monitor and adjust the process parameters for Extrusion processes.’
• To manage and optimize raw material processing like PP, PET, PC, ABS, PPCP, etc
• To plan and utilize the manpower efficiently to improve the productivity and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
• Ensure strict statutory compliances and EHS guidelines during production.
• To work closely with QA,



ensuring adherence to product quality standards and specifications.
• To analyse defects and implement corrective actions and Preventive measures to avoid recurrence.
• Operate and set parameters for automation equipment RM conveying systems.
• To achieve shift wise and plant wise objectives and KPI.
• To Develop, Update and Implement SOP’s and work instructions to the team.
• Train and guide team members for skill enhancement and process adherence.
• To utilize knowledge of Quality systems, SAP, TPM, LEAN manufacturing and RCA to improve the operations.
• To maintain 5s in extrusion area.
