Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership and Management: Manage a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to ensure the team's success in executing campaigns and achieving targets.
- Develop Digital Marketing Strategy: Lead the development of comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the overall business objectives, incorporating Google AdWords, Demand Gen, SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and other relevant channels.
- Integrations: Experience in seamlessly integrating Google Ads API with CRM systems to synchronize data, automate campaign management, optimize bidding strategies,



and enable closed-loop reporting for enhanced targeting, efficiency, and ROI.
- Budget Management: Oversee the allocation and optimization of digital marketing budgets to maximize ROI across various channels and campaigns.
- Campaign Planning and Execution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, plan, and execute digital marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- Performance Tracking and Analysis: Utilize analytics tools to monitor the performance of digital marketing campaigns, analyze key metrics, and derive actionable insights to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
- Stay Updated with Industry Trends: Keep abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, and incorporate cutting-edge strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
