Minimum Qualifications:
- Masters / Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5-10 years of development experience
- Expert knowledge of Java 17, JVM ecosystem, memory model, tuning, threading, reactive streams, modularization
- Expert knowledge of Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Integration, Spring Cloud Data Flow etc)

Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of NoSQL data stores and polyglot persistence (MongoDB, Cassandra, Neo4J, CouchDB)
