:Telecom & Networking Domain Knowledge: A solid foundational understanding of networking concepts and the telecom industry is absolutely essential

. Pleasant Voice & Phone Persona: A warm, welcoming, and professional vocal tone that instantly builds rapport with listeners
. Availability: Must be fully comfortable and available to work regular evening shifts
