About the Role

GoHire Technologies is looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our US Recruitment team. We welcome both freshers and experienced recruiters who are passionate about talent acquisition and want to build a successful career in the US staffing industry.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, Linked In, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
Understand client job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Maintain candidate records and update the recruitment database.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.

Requirements

Freshers
Any Graduate.
Good verbal and written English communication skills.




Willingness to work in the US Shift.
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Basic computer knowledge.

Experienced Candidates
6 months to 5+ years of recruitment experience (US Staffing, Domestic Recruitment, Non-IT Recruitment, Healthcare, Engineering, Finance, BPO, or any other hiring domain).
Experience using job portals, Linked In, or other sourcing platforms is preferred.
Robust sourcing, screening, and communication skills.

Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven workplace.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Team player with a proactive approach.
