Job Description: Officer – Accounts (Reconciliation)
Location: Andheri East, Mumbai
Industry: Pharmaceutical

Experience of SAP Bank Reconciliation through SAP is mandatory
Key Responsibilities
Perform daily bank reconciliations through SAP and Microsoft Excel, including reconciliation of all foreign exchange (forex) bank accounts.
Record, verify, and account for bank payment entries related to forex expenses, import payments, fixed deposits, mutual funds, bank charges, and unpaid dividends.
Process bank receipt entries received from employees, customers, vendors, and other parties after validating supporting documents and bank advice.
Coordinate with the Finance, ISS, and Distribution teams to resolve pending collections, bank statement discrepancies, and bank advice-related issues.
Upload and monitor supporting documents in SAP, prepare pending collection and payment reports, and regularly highlight outstanding items to management.
Support internal and statutory audits by providing accurate reconciliations, financial records, and timely responses to audit queries.
Maintain and update FOB reports, including export freight, clearing & forwarding, and insurance cost details.
Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B. Com) or equivalent. MBA/M. Com will be an added advantage.
3–5 years of experience in Accounts, Bank Reconciliation.
Hands-on experience with SAP and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Valuable understanding of banking transactions, forex accounting, and financial reconciliations.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines.
Good communication and coordination skills.
