Position: Academic Counsellor

Job Summary:

The Academic Counsellor is responsible for guiding prospective and existing students in selecting suitable courses, supporting their academic journey, and ensuring a smooth admission process.

Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students regarding courses, programs, and career prospects
Handle student inquiries via calls, emails, and in-person meetings
Guide students through the admission and enrollment process
Maintain accurate student records and follow-ups
Achieve admission targets and conversion ratios
Coordinate with academic and marketing teams
Conduct counselling sessions, seminars, and orientations

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in counselling, sales, or education sector preferred
Ability to handle targets and work in a fast-paced workplace

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
