Ascent Pinnacle Capital Limited is a full-service investment bank operating across structured credit, bridge financing, distressed asset advisory and financial restructuring, with ticket sizes between ₹10 Cr and ₹150 Cr. Offices in Noida, Gurgaon, Mumbai and Singapore.

The role

You will support origination-to-closure execution on live mandates, working directly with the founder and the corporate finance leadership.

Build and maintain transaction models — debt schedules, cashflow waterfalls, DSCR and covenant sensitivities, IRR/XIRR returns analysis

Draft Information Memoranda, credit papers and investor presentations of institutional quality

Conduct borrower credit assessment: financial statement analysis, promoter and group exposure, security cover and collateral adequacy

Support structuring across NCDs, LRD, mezzanine, CCDs and secured term facilities





Manage lender and investor diligence — data rooms, query resolution, condition-precedent tracking

Maintain deal documentation and transaction records through to disbursement

Requirements

1–4 years in structured finance, private credit, corporate banking, NBFC credit or investment banking execution

CA, MBA (Finance), CFA or equivalent

Demonstrated ability to build financial models independently in Excel — not template maintenance

Strong written English; credit-narrative writing is a core deliverable, not an occasional task

Comfort with ambiguity and a lean, high-ownership setting
