About the Role

We are looking for an experienced AI Lead to drive the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade AI solutions for the FinTech/WealthTech domain. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in Generative AI, Machine Learning, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI architecture, and team leadership.

This role requires leading AI initiatives from ideation to production, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering scalable AI-powered products that enhance business value and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of enterprise AI and Generative AI solutions.
Build and deploy AI/ML models for business-critical applications.
Design AI architectures using LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, and Vector Databases.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to identify AI use cases.
Lead technical discussions, architecture reviews, and solution design.
Develop AI-powered automation, recommendation engines, and intelligent workflows.
Integrate AI services with enterprise applications and cloud platforms.
Ensure scalability, security, monitoring,



and performance of AI systems.
Mentor AI engineers and establish engineering best practices.
Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and recommend creative solutions.
