To ensure Acquisition of Recent Enterprise Corporate Salary & capture entire ecosystem through by enhancing balances per account, ringfencing the account portfolio, increase wallet share and profitability through cross sell/upsell Third Party Products and reducing customer attrition
Qualification and relevant experience
Post graduate preferably MBA from any reputed institute
Minimum 5 - 9 years of relevant banking Corporate Sales experience preferably in solutioning around specific ecosystems in Healthcare, Corporate Salary Housing, Education, Startups,SME,
Functional and behavioral Competencies:
Solid understanding of ecosystems and their banking needs
Digital solutioning capabilities with Man Management Capabilities
Strategic thinker with customer centric mindset
Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
Candidate should be able to effectively collaborate with colleagues in different verticals to drive
common goals
Proficient in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint and data analytics tools
Job Responsibilities:
Manage and grow existing accounts acquisition from specific ecosystem namely Corporates Education, Healthcare, Real Estate (RERA), Housing Societies and Startups.
Deep dive to capture the entire ecosystem of the relationship namely vendors, customers, employees and stakeholders etc.
Conduct market research and understand competition strategies to capture evolving trends in the said ecosystem
Ideate, launch and execute various campaigns for current account acquisition from the said ecosystem.
Handling the Team Productivity & sustaining the manpower budgets aand potential to scale uo the Team strength by Gap Analysis & Procivity Analysis
Drive B2B & B2C campaigns for higher customer engagement
Additional Responsibilities
Support in building product capabilities w.r.t the ecosystem
Cordinate with operations team & synergy
Build tech led solutions along with IT team to offer seamless payments, collections and beyond
