Job Title: Assistant Store Manager – Jewellery (International)

Location: Jaipur

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our international jewellery showroom.

The ideal candidate should have a solid background in the jewellery industry, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to deliver a premium customer experience while leading the store team.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing daily showroom operations and achieving operational excellence.
Deliver exceptional customer service to domestic and international clients.
Support the Store Manager in driving sales, team supervision, and store performance.
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to maintain high service standards.
Ensure proper inventory management, merchandising, and visual presentation.
Handle customer queries, escalations,



and after-sales service professionally.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth store operations.

Requirements
3–5+ years of experience in the jewellery industry (mandatory).
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience handling premium or international clientele is preferred.
Solid leadership, team management, and customer relationship skills.
Graduate (MBA or relevant qualification is an added advantage).
