Key Responsibilities
Provide technical Exp for AI/ML solutions deployed on Google Cloud Platform.
Troubleshoot issues related to Vertex AI, Dialogflow, Gemini, and other Google Cloud services.
Assist customers in deploying, managing, and optimizing machine learning models.
Analyze logs, debug applications, and identify root causes of technical issues.
Support cloud infrastructure components including Compute Engine, GKE, Kubernetes, networking, and storage services.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to resolve complex customer issues.
Assist in performance tuning and optimization of AI/ML workloads.
Document troubleshooting methodologies, solutions, and best practices.
Participate in incident management and support case lifecycle processes.
Provide guidance on Generative AI implementations and integrations.
