Manage agricultural operations, including crop planning, soil preparation, irrigation management, and pest control.
Plan and execute to drive revenue from various crops, reduce operational cost and increase profit
Oversee farm machinery maintenance and repair to ensure optimal equipment performance.
Develop and implement effective farming strategies to improve yields and reduce costs.
Conduct field visits to monitor crop health and provide technical assistance to farmers.
Hire labor for various farm operations
Develop and implement effective pest management strategies to minimize losses.
optimize crop yields through precision agriculture techniques.
Provide training on best practices for sustainable agriculture methods.




Analyze data from field observations to inform future agricultural decisions.
Build solid relationships with farmers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to promote positive change.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Agriculture, Agronomy, Horticulture, or a related field.
Knowledge of crop management, irrigation systems, soil health, and pest control practices.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel extensively for field visits.
Problem-solving mindset with solid analytical abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office is an added advantage.
