Role Description The Associate HR (End to End Recruitment) will manage the complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates across various business verticals. This full time remote role involves coordinating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, preparing job postings, managing candidate communication, and maintaining recruitment records. The role also includes supporting HR operations, assisting with training and development initiatives, and contributing to employee engagement activities.

The Associate HR will ensure recruitment processes are efficient, compliant with company policies,



and aligned with organizational goals, while meeting hiring targets such as 8 to 10k placements and supporting immediate joining requirements.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Operations.

Candidates should possess robust Communication skills for interacting with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Candidates should possess skills in Training & Development to support onboarding and employee growth initiatives.

Relevant experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple requisitions, and meet tight timelines.

Proficiency with HR software, applicant tracking systems, and common office productivity tools.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Knowledge of best practices in recruitment, employment documentation, and basic labor regulations is an advantage.
