Role Summary

Drives lead generation and appointment booking for the Modular Kitchen & Wardrobe division — telephonic and WhatsApp outreach, lead qualification, and scheduling design consultations — mirroring the BDE→BDM handoff model already used across Designers Elements.

Key Responsibilities

— Generate and qualify leads via calls, WhatsApp, walk-in referrals, and digital campaign responses

— Book telephonic and showroom design-consultation appointments for the Store Manager/Design team

— Maintain LeadFlow CRM with accurate lead status, notes, and follow-up reminders

— Run structured follow-up sequences for unconverted leads without letting any go cold

— Coordinate clean handoff of qualified leads to the Sr. Designer/Store Manager

— Execute WhatsApp broadcast follow-ups in line with the division's marketing calendar

— Support showroom walk-in registration and initial need assessment

— Report daily/weekly activity — calls made, appointments booked, follow-ups completed

KPI Focus Areas (Activity-Based)

On Field reach - setup appointments and meet architects / interior designers to promote modular furniture business and generate leads





Outreach Volume- Calls/WhatsApp touches made per day against the agreed activity target

Appointments Booked- Consistent volume of qualified design consultations scheduled

Follow-Up Adherence- No lead missed for a scheduled follow-up in LeadFlow

CRM Data Hygiene- Every lead and interaction logged accurately and on time

WhatsApp Broadcast Response Handling- Inbound responses to broadcasts actioned within an agreed window

Lead-to-Appointment Conversion- Share of qualified leads converted into booked appointments

Qualifications & Experience

Graduate; 1–3 years in telesales or a BDE role, preferably in interiors, furniture, or a related consumer/trade business.

Skills & Competencies

Solid communication, CRM discipline (LeadFlow), comfort with WhatsApp/digital outreach, persistence, and working knowledge of the modular kitchen/wardrobe product range.

Pay: ₹11,553.06 - ₹40,950.57 per month
