About The Opportunity A dynamic HR solutions provider operating in the global finance and compliance sector, we partner with Australian firms to deliver expert accounting and taxation support from our India-based operational hub. Our team ensures precision, compliance, and efficiency in financial reporting, GST/VAT, and statutory filings for clients across Australia—bridging regulatory standards with scalable back-office excellence.

Role & Responsibilities
Prepare and file Australian income tax returns, business activity statements (BAS), and instate GST compliance for corporate and SME clients.
Reconcile accounts, maintain ledgers, and generate financial reports aligned with Australian Accounting Standards (AASB) and ATO requirements.
Support audit preparation by compiling documentation, verifying transactions, and coordinating with client accountants and auditors.
Advising clients on tax-saving strategies, compliance deadlines, and changes to Australian tax laws or ATO policies.
Use accounting software (Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks Online) to manage client books, automate workflows,



and ensure clean, audit-ready records.
Collaborate with offshore teams and Australian supervisors to resolve client queries, manage timelines, and maintain SLA adherence.
