Company Description TechnoStruct, LLC is an emerging provider of Engineering and BIM/VDC services, focused on delivering high-quality design and construction technology solutions across the building industry.

Role Description The BIM Modeller Electrical role is a full time, in office position based in the Kolkata Area.

3D Modeling: Build detailed electrical models using Autodesk Revit for lighting, power distribution, cable trays, conduits, panels, and earthing systems.

Clash Detection: Run checks using Navisworks to find and fix overlaps with architectural, structural, and mechanical services.

Drawings & Schedules: Produce single-line diagrams (SLDs), shop drawings, panel schedules, and material take-offs.

Coordination: Attend team meetings to align electrical layouts with project plans and BIM standards.

Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.

Experience: 2 to 6 years of hands-on experience in MEP or electrical BIM modeling.

Software Skills: Proficiency in Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and Navisworks; knowledge of cloud tools like BIM 360 is a plus.

Knowledge: Understanding of electrical systems, local/international building codes, and shop drawing standards
