Position: Bench Sales Recruiter (US IT Staffing)

Location: Remote / Work From Home

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Bench Sales Recruiter to join our growing US IT staffing team on a commission-only basis. Responsibilities:

Market and place H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and USC consultants with implementation partners and end clients.

Build and maintain relationships with vendors and clients.

Submit consultant profiles to suitable job requirements.

Negotiate rates and coordinate interviews.

Follow up with clients and consultants until successful placement. Requirements:

Experience in US IT Bench Sales.

Solid network of implementation partners and vendors.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and achieve placement targets.

Knowledge of US staffing processes and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099). Compensation:
