Group Description The Private Credit Investors platform is a large direct lending business that provides flexible financing solutions primarily to private equity–backed companies and directly to private equity sponsors. The platform also participates in equity co-investments alongside its investment partners.
Role Overview The AVP – PM Analyst will support the Private Credit investment team in portfolio monitoring, reporting, valuation analysis, and investment support activities. The role involves close collaboration with credit professionals and senior stakeholders within the investment team.
Key Responsibilities
Ongoing monitoring of portfolio companies and performance tracking
Updating and maintaining financial models for portfolio companies
Preparation of quarterly valuation and portfolio management materials
Execution of ad-hoc analytical projects including:
Legal and covenant tracking
Industry research and peer benchmarking
KPI tracking and performance analysis
Data validation and reporting
Supporting credit and investment teams in active deal processes (amendments, upsizing, restructuring support, etc.)
Assisting in preparation of reports, presentations, and investment committee materials

Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
7+ years of relevant professional experience
