Role & responsibilities
Strong BA experience within Cards and Payments Operations.
Understanding of card lifecycle, customer onboarding, and fraud management processes.
Support implementation and adoption of the recent Cards workflow platform.
Robust requirements management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
Banking and Payments Operations background preferred.
Prior experience delivering regulatory change initiatives within Banking & Financial Services.
Ability to engage with global and local risk stakeholders to elicit and document requirements.
Understanding of regulatory metrics impacting the Commercial Cards business.
Robust stakeholder management, coordination, and communication skills.
