Role & Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites.
Ensure quality, safety, and timely execution of civil works.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and site teams.
Monitor project progress, material usage, and site documentation.
Verify measurements, billing, and compliance with approved drawings.
Preferred Candidate Profile
B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
28 years of experience in real estate or residential construction.
Valuable knowledge of RCC works, finishing, QA/QC, and site execution.
Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Willing to work in office in Visakhapatnam.
