Role Description This is an internship role for a Content Writer for reels in a hybrid setup, based in Hyderabad with some work-from-home flexibility. The intern will create engaging, concise scripts and captions for short-form video content (reels) that showcase Lexci’s AI and IT solutions in an accessible way.

Daily tasks include brainstorming content ideas, researching tech topics, drafting and refining scripts, collaborating with marketing and design teams, and adapting content to different platforms. The role also involves optimizing messaging for brand consistency,



reviewing performance metrics of reels to improve future content, and aligning all output with Lexci’s voice and strategic objectives.

Qualifications
Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft transparent, engaging scripts and captions for short-form video content.
Basic understanding of social media platforms (e.g., Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) and how to tailor content to each audience.
Interest in technology domains such as AI, cloud computing, software development, or blockchain, and willingness to research and learn.
Ability to collaborate effectively with creative, marketing, and technical teams, and respond constructively to feedback.
Good command of written English, attention to detail, and capability to meet deadlines in a quick-paced workplace.
Current student or recent graduate in communications, media, marketing, English, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
Previous experience creating short-form content (personal projects, academic work, or internships) is an advantage.
