Team Lead / Senior Project Manager

Experience: 15+ Years

Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of 6–8 Project Engineers across multiple projects.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously from planning to commissioning.
Review project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with senior management regarding project status and critical issues.
Ensure project profitability, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Develop and guide junior engineers.
Have experience at EHV level 132/220KV - Estimation/ Planning/ Execution

Candidates with prior experience in managing project teams and handling multiple sites will be given preference. Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
