We are seeking a motivated Collection Telecaller to join our team and manage outbound calls for loan recovery. The role involves communicating with customers, understanding their repayment challenges, and ensuring timely collections. Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers for loan recovery and follow-ups.
Negotiate payment plans and resolve queries professionally.
Maintain accurate records of interactions in the system.
Meet daily/weekly collection targets.
Collaborate with the team to reduce delinquency.
Handle customer grievances empathetically.
Language: Conduct calls primarily in Hindi.
Job Types: Full time, Fresher Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
