At Homemade Love, we make authentic homemade pickles, spice powders, chutneys, and regional foods. Our content is a huge part of our brand—we publish 3–5 videos every day , taking our audience behind the scenes of our factory, products, people, recipes, and everyday moments.
We're looking for someone who can own the content creation process from idea to shoot .
What You'll Do
Plan engaging daily content for Instagram, YouTube & other social platforms.
Shoot high-quality videos in our factory using cameras and smartphones.
Capture behind-the-scenes moments, product stories, recipes, trends, and team interactions.
Work closely with our in-house editor by providing well-planned and organized footage.
Coordinate with the founder and marketing team to execute content ideas consistently.
Stay updated with social media trends and adapt them to the Homemade Love brand.
What We're Looking For
2–3 years of experience in content creation, videography, or social media production.
Solid understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and short-form storytelling.
Ability to plan content independently rather than just execute instructions.
Good camera operation, framing, lighting, and audio recording skills.
Comfortable shooting in a rapid-paced production setting.
Creative mindset with an eye for storytelling and viral content.
Bonus Skills
Experience managing social media accounts.
Basic knowledge of content strategy and analytics.
Basic video editing skills (not mandatory).
Experience working with food, D2C, or lifestyle brands.
