Job Title: CSR Fundraising Manager / Executive

About GITF: GITF is a nonprofit foundation (est. 2016) working to educate, enable, and empower tribal and rural children in India through holistic education, in partnership with institutions like ISKCON and Akshaya Patra. It runs the Outstanding India Talent School (GITS) and related community programs, aligned with UN SDGs, and holds 80G tax exemption status.

Role Purpose:

Identify, engage, and secure Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) partnerships and funding to support GITF's education and rural development programs for tribal and first-generation learner children.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and prospect corporates for CSR partnerships aligned with GITF's mission (education, rural/tribal development, skilling)
Build and manage a pipeline of CSR leads; prepare proposals, pitch decks, and concept notes
Present GITF's programs, impact,



and financials to corporate donors/CSR teams
Negotiate and close CSR funding agreements/MOUs
Maintain relationships with existing corporate partners (e.g., SBI General, Canara Bank, Biocon) and ensure timely reporting/utilization certificates
Coordinate with program teams to translate CSR funds into on-ground impact and prepare impact reports
Track CSR compliance requirements (Companies Act Section 135, Schedule VII) and align proposals accordingly
Represent GITF at CSR forums, events, and networking opportunities

Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree (Social Work, Business, Marketing, or related field)
2–5+ years of experience in CSR fundraising, corporate partnerships, or nonprofit business development
Robust communication, presentation, and proposal-writing skills
Understanding of CSR law/compliance in India
Existing corporate/CSR network is a plus
