Role Description This is a full-time, in office role based in Coimbatore for a Digital Marketing / Social Media Executive with 1 to 3 years of experience. The role involves planning and executing digital marketing campaigns to promote the academy’s programs, managing social media channels, and creating engaging content that reflects the institute’s mission and values.

The person in this role will monitor campaign performance using web analytics tools, optimize content and targeting, and support lead generation and brand awareness activities. Daily tasks include scheduling posts,



responding to online inquiries, coordinating with faculty and administration for updates, and preparing regular reports on digital marketing performance.

Qualifications
Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing, with experience managing platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
Solid understanding of Digital Marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, and paid promotions.
Ability to work with Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track, analyze, and improve campaign performance.
Strong Communication skills for creating clear, engaging content and collaborating with internal teams.
1 to 3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing or social media roles, preferably in education or services.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media Studies, or a related field is preferred.
Basic design and content creation skills (e.g., Canva, easy video editing) and familiarity with CRM or lead management tools are an advantage.
Ability to work in office in Coimbatore, prioritize multiple campaigns, and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
