Position Overview The

Director cum CEO will report directly to the

Chairman and will be responsible for leading the overall business operations of

SRIVAY

. The role involves driving business growth, improving profitability, expanding international operations, and ensuring the company's long-term success in the

International Trading & Mining industry.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the overall business strategy and day-to-day operations of the company.
Drive revenue growth, profitability, and business expansion.
Develop and expand international trading and mining operations.
Establish and manage overseas offices and international business activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, investors, government authorities, and business partners.
Lead fundraising activities through banks, investors, and other financial sources.
Identify and pursue recent business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and joint ventures.
Ensure compliance with export regulations, international trade laws, mining regulations, and statutory requirements.
Represent SRIVAY before government authorities, investors, customers, and industry associations.
Lead, mentor, and develop the senior management team to achieve business objectives.




Provide regular business updates and strategic reports to the Chairman.

Candidate Requirements
Proven experience as a CEO, Director, Business Head, or in a similar senior leadership role.
Strong experience in International Trading, Mining, and Export Operations.
Experience in managing international business operations and overseas offices.
Robust network with banks, financial institutions, investors, and key industry stakeholders.
Experience in fundraising, business expansion, and strategic partnerships.
Positive understanding of mining licenses, export regulations, and statutory compliance.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
Bachelor's degree is mandatory; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred.
Willingness to travel extensively within India and internationally.

Compensation & Benefits
Fixed Salary:

₹5–8 Lakhs per month (Negotiable based on experience and performance).
