Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute brand strategies that resonate with our target audience.
Create compelling copy and messaging that captures the essence of our brand and engages consumers.
Plan and manage marketing campaigns, including product launches and promotional activities.
Analyze consumer behavior and market trends to inform brand positioning and marketing strategies.
Collaborate cross-functionally with performance marketing, design, product teams, and founders to ensure cohesive brand representation.
Utilize customer data and insights to drive marketing decisions and enhance brand engagement.




Balance strategic thinking with the ability to execute swiftly in a startup setting.

Qualifications
2–3 years of experience in a D2C brand, preferably in skincare, beauty, or wellness.
Strong creative copywriting skills with a deep understanding of tone, emotion, and consumer psychology.
Proven experience in campaign planning, product launch marketing, and brand storytelling.
Strong grasp of consumer behavior, customer data, and insight-led marketing.
Ability to think strategically while executing quickly in a rapid-paced setting.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
