Position: Customer Service & Inventory Executive

Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 8:00 PM (6 days a week)

Key Responsibilities-

Handle customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

Take and process customer orders accurately.

Coordinate with the kitchen and delivery teams to ensure smooth and timely order fulfilment.

Maintain daily stock and inventory records of products.

Update inventory and order details using computer software.

Resolve customer queries efficiently.

Required :

Excellent spoken and written English.

Valuable computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, and basic computer applications).

Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, cafés, bakeries, or the food & beverage industry will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Education
Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:
Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
Inventory/stock management: 1 year (Preferred)
