Key Responsibilities include
Robust command of Duck Creek configuration layers: base configuration, product configuration, and custom extensions.
Proficiency in C#/.NET for Duck Creek Billing custom component development.
Deep understanding of P&C; insurance billing concepts including premium billing, agency vs. direct bill, cancellation/reinstatement, non-pay workflows, and audit billing.
Experience with Duck Creek Studio and the Duck Creek platform architecture (OnDemand preferred).
Proven ability to operate effectively within Agile teams and contribute to sprint ceremonies.
Robust SQL skills for data analysis, reporting queries, and database troubleshooting.
Experience integrating Duck Creek Billing with third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, Paymentus, ACI) and GL systems.
Excellent communication skills to translate technical constraints to non-technical stakeholders.

Duck Creek Certified Professional (Billing track)



or equivalent demonstrated expertise.
Experience with Duck Creek Policy or Claims in addition to Billing.
Familiarity with Duck Creek OnDemand (SaaS) deployment model and cloud infrastructure on Azure.
Prior experience in a staff augmentation or consulting delivery model.
Exposure to contemporary DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and containerization.
Background in large carrier or MGA environments with high-volume billing processing requirements.
