Job Summary

We are hiring graduate freshers for one of the leading Bank's Back Office Operations team. The role involves handling fraud-related customer complaint records , data entry, document verification, and maintaining accurate records while ensuring adherence to banking processes and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Perform data entry and maintain records related fraud complaints.
Verify and update customer information with accuracy.
Process back-office transactions as per defined banking procedures.
Ensure timely and error-free handling of assigned tasks.




Maintain confidentiality of customer and banking information.
Prepare and update MIS reports using MS Excel.
Coordinate with internal teams whenever required.

Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline.
Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of back-office/data entry experience can apply.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
