About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven professional to join our team and help expand our business by acquiring recent clients and building long-term customer relationships. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, confident in meeting clients, and capable of identifying new business opportunities through field visits and lead generation activities.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new business leads through cold calling, field visits, networking, and referrals.
Identify and approach potential B2B customers across various industries.
Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients to understand their requirements.
Present company products and solutions effectively to customers.
Prepare quotations, negotiate deals, and close sales.
Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and new clients.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.




Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Experience in B2B or field sales is preferred; freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
Robust lead generation and prospecting skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable with field work and frequent client meetings.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) is an added advantage.
