Key Responsibilities

Guest Service
Greet guests warmly and assist them in a courteous and skilled manner
Ensure prompt and productive service at all times
Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints effectively
Maintain a friendly and welcoming atmosphere

Operations
Set up and maintain buffet/restaurant area as per brand standards
Ensure proper table setting, clearing, and resetting
Assist in food and beverage service (breakfast, lunch, dinner as applicable)
Ensure all service areas are clean, organized, and well-stocked

Hygiene & Safety
Follow food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP guidelines)
Maintain cleanliness of workstations and dining areas
Ensure proper handling and storage of food items
Comply with health and safety regulations

Teamwork




Coordinate with kitchen and other departments for smooth service
Support team members during peak hours
Participate in daily briefings and training sessions

Brand Standards
Adhere to Holiday Inn Express service culture and grooming standards
Maintain qualified appearance and behavior at all times
Ensure consistency in service delivery as per SOPs
