Roles & Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
Explain products/services and provide relevant information.
Generate leads and pass them to the sales team.
Follow up with customers for updates, feedback, and conversions.
Maintain call records and update customer details in the system/CRM.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling targets.
