We are seeking a skilled NX Drafter with strong expertise in Unigraphics NX (Siemens NX) for developing detailed 3D models, 2D manufacturing drawings, and engineering documentation. The ideal candidate will have experience in sheet metal design, GD&T;, and ASME drafting standards, with the ability to create accurate and production-ready engineering deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
Create and modify 3D CAD models using Siemens NX (Unigraphics NX).
Generate detailed 2D engineering drawings from 3D models for manufacturing and fabrication.
Develop and maintain sheet metal component and assembly designs.
Apply GD&T; (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) principles in accordance with ASME standards.
Prepare engineering documentation including BOMs, drawing revisions, and release packages.
Interpret engineering requirements, specifications, and design inputs.
Ensure drawings comply with ASME Y14.5, company standards, and customer requirements.
Perform drawing checks for dimensional accuracy,



manufacturability, and completeness.
Collaborate with design engineers, manufacturing teams, and quality departments to resolve design-related issues.
Maintain CAD data management and revision control practices.

Required Skills
Proficiency in Unigraphics NX / Siemens NX.
Solid experience in 3D CAD Modeling and assembly modeling.
Expertise in 2D Drafting and generation of manufacturing drawings.
Positive understanding of Engineering Drawings and drafting standards.
Experience in Sheet Metal Design including flat patterns, bends, and manufacturing considerations.
Knowledge of ASME Standards (especially ASME Y14.5).
Hands-on experience with GD&T; interpretation and application.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Solid attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
